I am assuming this relates to comments made in cats thread. I explicitly stated my purpose therein was to protect newcomers who might be adversely affected by his misleading information. He even makes no attempt to hide the fact that he is a tout. This is a meritorious reason. I think it is frustrating that he is allowed to get away with such nonsense without any being similarly restricted. I am very disappointed in RX.

BAS even made a thread pertaining specifically about this subject not too long ago.
It's also part of the rules stickied at the top of every section of the site.
Yet, it has continued.
This is nothing personal, but the bottom line is that no matter how much you dislike a poster, or don't agree with his posting material, it is still his or her thread, and as long as they are not breaking any forum rules, then they are entitled to post freely without having others post sarcastically in their personal threads.
If anyone has an issue with another poster, then the Rubber Room is the place to post it and anything goes down there except racial remarks & death threats...

I feel as though he IS breaking forum rules and that moderators have been ineffective in deterring it. Misleading information and tout activity. Isn't this exactly the behavior of which the sticky in question warned? Yet it continued...

As for not posting in his thread, it's not that you can't, it's just that if you don't agree or like what is in his thread, or any other poster's thread for that manner, then simply stay out.
The same respect would be shown for you and every other poster who simply wants to post without being harassed....
baller does CAT post questionable things, such as his one tonight referring to God? Yes he does.
But other than that, he does not post links, try to promote anything, or heckle other posters.
If the issue towards him is how he goes about making his wagers, then that is up to other readers to make their own determination as to whether or not they want to bother reading or following any longer.
If he was posting completely false records, that would be one thing, but is not the case.
Every member here has the right to post his own thread regularly and be shown with the respect of not allowing others to critique them in their own threads.
If there is something another poster questions or does not agree on regarding that posters thread, then they are always free to start their own thread & subject about it here in the Rubber Room, but NOT IN THAT POSTER'S THREAD.
Again, the same respect would be shown for you....
